Your mission  

We are looking for a Customer Program Manager to drive key customer engagements and ensure seamless program execution. In this role, you will be critical in delivering customer satisfaction and business success. As a Customer Program Manager, you will:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear and timely communication;
  • Manage customer programs from initial planning through execution, aligning internal teams with customer needs;
  • Define project milestones, track progress, and ensure timely delivery;
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and supply chain teams with customer needs;
  • Ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal priorities;
  • Analyze risks, propose risk management strategies, and drive problem resolution;
  • Prepare and present program updates, reports, and customer-facing documentation;

In this role you report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Your expertise and qualities

To be successful in your role, you have the ability to combines strategic insight with a hands-on approach to drive meaningful, long-term impact in complex, high-tech sales environments. To do so, you have the following experiences and qualifications;

  • Educational background: BSc in (industrial) Engineering, Business, or a related field (an MBA or advanced degree is a plus);
  • Experience: 5-10 years, in high-tech equipment or semiconductor industry;
  • Project Management Skills: well established experience, managing complex customer programs or projects with multiple stakeholders in an organized and effective manner following the Agile methodologies. PMP or other project management certifications are a plus;
  • Customer-Facing Skills: Strong track record of engaging with customers, managing expectations, and resolving issues;
  • Organizational Skills: Structured and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously;
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions;
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical and business information effectively. A fluent command of professional business English is a must;
  • Technical Acumen: You are able to grasp complex technical concepts and communicate then to diverse stakeholders. Deep understanding of semiconductor or high-tech industry processes is a plus;
  • Self-driven: This role requires independence and proactivity. You are a self-starter who thrives without needing constant guidance.
