SCIL Nanoimprint Solutions is a global leader in the field of nanoimprint lithography. Our state-of-the-art technology and solutions empower breakthroughs in nanofabrication across various industries.

As a recent spin-out from Philips we are working with a small team of professionals to support our current customers in the field of high-volume manufacturing of AR/VR smart glasses, lasers and flat optical components for smart phones and sensors. We see strong opportunities in new markets such as biosensors and microLEDs.

The Management Assistant at SCIL Nanoimprint Solutions plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to not only the management team but to the whole SCIL team across various operational domains. This multifaceted position involves assisting in reporting to the Board of Directors, preparing the BoD meetings, facilitating sales activities, providing financial and administrative support, managing human resources functions, and serving as a general assistant to ensure the smooth functioning of the SCIL organization. You will report to the CEO.

Reporting Assistance

  • Collaborate with the management team to compile and prepare reports for presentation to the investors and Board of Directors.
  • Assist in gathering relevant data, analyzing information, and creating concise and informative reports to facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Prepare Minutes of Meetings.

Sales Support

  • Aid the sales team in customer relationship management, including managing inquiries, coordinating meetings, and preparing sales materials.
  • Assist in maintaining sales databases, tracking sales activities, and generating reports to monitor sales performance.

Financial and Administrative Support

  • Provide support in financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
  • Assist in administrative duties including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing documentation.

HR Support

  • Assist in recruitment processes by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating training sessions.

General Assistance

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Undertake miscellaneous tasks as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional demeanor in handling interactions at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Familiarity with financial and HR processes is advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
